The high and lofty one who lives in eternity, the Holy One, says this:

“God is Spirit, so those who worship Me must worship in spirit and in truth. The world cannot receive Me, because it isn’t looking for Me and it doesn’t recognise Me. But I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, of My Spirit, you cannot even SEE the Kingdom of God.
I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and My Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but My Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. So don’t be surprised when I say, ‘You must be born again.’ Follow Me now. Let the spiritually dead bury their own dead. People who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from My Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what My Spirit means. But, your duty is to go and preach about the Kingdom of God.

The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit.
Yes, I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away, and you will no longer worship idols. And then I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. And I will put My Spirit in you so that you will follow My decrees and be careful to obey My regulations.

Once this has taken place, I will inspire you to free those who are wrongly imprisoned and lighten the burden of those who work for you. Help let the oppressed go free, and remove the chains that bind people. Share your food with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help.
Then your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal. Your godliness will lead you forward, and the glory of the Lord will protect you from behind.
Then when you call, I, the Lord, will answer. ‘Yes, I am here,’ I will quickly reply. For it is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies

Please, work to remove the heavy yoke of oppression. Stop pointing your finger and spreading vicious rumours! Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.
I will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and will restore your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes. 
I live in the high and holy place with those whose spirits are contrite and humble. I restore the crushed spirit of the humble and revive the courage of those with repentant hearts. But there is no peace for the wicked. The world’s sin is that it refuses to believe in Me; but this is the only work I want from you, to truly believe in the one I have sent, My Son.

I am the bread of life! Whoever comes to Me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in Me will never be thirsty. Anyone who believes in Me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.”
