Delivery & Returns

  • Any orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched within 3 working days, according to how quickly I can get it all printed up, and (of course) considering the size of the order
  • I’ll track your Royal Mail parcel (if you are in the UK) if you pay for that in checkout, but otherwise it’ll just be the receipt from the local Post Office as a proof of postage. Hopefully nothing will be lost in the post, but I guess you never know, especially in certain seasons! Without tracking, I will still have the physical proof of the postage with your address on it, but I need to tell you that there will be NO REFUND from me if it doesn’t get to you, if you take the risk of not tracking it! Sorry… of course you would have to take it up with Royal Mail, which I would certainly do my best to help you with, as the sender. International postings are automatically tracked and insured up to a certain package value (£50), so no need to worry in that case.
  • PLEASE closely inspect all your items immediately upon delivery…Please then notify me of any damaged, missing or incorrect items within two working days, or I will assume everything is fine, and I won’t commit to a return after that time has elapsed.

Delivery (by Royal Mail)

  • Small light weight orders will always be sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class, or tracked if you prefer (recommended), within the UK.
  • If the order is too large or too heavy to be sent normally by Royal Mail, I’ll look into an independent courier that we can agree on over email before you purchase anything on the website. International orders over a certain weight would be better discussed before you buy anything, so please get in touch first.

Returns

  • Any goods to be returned have to first be authorised by me, the seller, within 2 days of receiving the items.
  • The goods must be returned at your own cost (unless we’ve agreed that the fault is mine somehow) and still be in a new and resalable condition, or in the condition you received it.
  • Delivery charges and return delivery charges are not refundable, apart from where I have supplied the order in error (I’m nice like that 😉 )
  • Refunds for an item that is in good condition and that is sold as was ordered can only be made within the British Isles, unless the exotic customer foots the bill for return international overseas delivery of the actual item.
